Glow Up Boutique is a place to glow! I wanted to create a space where women feel confident together – we are woman owned and women operated! My vision was, and still is, to bring something new to Vinton. We want to grow with the other small businesses that this ever growing community has to offer — We have spray tans, esthetician services, boutique clothing, curated goods, private shopping parties, and so much more!
